Postpartum Consultation

Congratulations, your baby has finally arrived!

Whether this is your first time breastfeeding or you are an experienced parent facing new challenges, it’s normal to have questions.

At this first visit we will discuss your health history, birth experience, current concerns and goals for feeding your baby.
We will work with you to find solutions and develop a feeding plan that works for you and your family.

What’s included:

  • Up to 90 minutes of comprehensive, compassionate assessment and planning

  • Infant oral assessment

  • Maternal breast exam

  • Supervised feeding session

  • Weighted feeding

  • Comprehensive plan and goal setting

  • In-Person and virtual visits available

In-Home: $150 * Telehealth: $125

Follow-Up Consultation

Ongoing Support

Follow-ups are scheduled as desired for after a postpartum consultation.

What’s included:

  • Up to 60 minutes of comprehensive, compassionate assessment and planning

  • Supervised feeding session

  • Weighted feeding

  • Revised plan and goal setting

  • Return to work, flange fit, pumping/breastfeeding plan

  • In-Person and virtual visits available

In-Home: $125 * Telehealth $105

Texoma BabyCafe’

Breastfeeding Support Group

Join me at Texoma BabyCafe’ to learn how to THRIVE in your breastfeeding journey with expert support and a community of moms who understand what you are going through.

Texoma BabyCafe' is held at the Wichita Falls WIC office at 1700 Third St., Wichita Falls, TX. You can drop by anytime on Wednesdays between 9:30 to 11:30.

​We offer latch assistance, weighted feeds, emotional support, a safe place to meet other moms and so much more. We can help you reach your breastfeeding goals no matter what they may be. 

For extra fun, because we all need to smile and let loose, we provide an activity for parents on the first Wed of every month. It is a great time and we would love to have you!

I focus on in-home consultations in Wichita Falls, surrounding counties within a 20 minute drive, as well as virtual consultations in the US.

A $30 travel fee is charged for visits if you live 25-35 minutes from Wichita Falls, and $50 if you live 45-55 minutes away. There is a $100 fee for twins.

I am working with The Lactation Network to provide insurance coverage.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, United Healthcare PPO and HMO; VA CCN, PNOA and Multiplan.

If your insurance doesn’t cover my services right now, I suggest calling your insurance company before your appointment to check if they cover lactation services and ask about reimbursement options for seeing an out-of-network lactation consultant. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Self-pay options include Mastercard, Visa, cash, and FSA/HSA.
